With this certification, clients can rest assured that they are receiving an original creation of mine and not a reproduction or duplicate.

Licensing Policy for Exclusive Artwork Purchases

• Ownership and copyright of the artwork remain with Moey Eltom.

• The client may display artwork, but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the artwork without explicit permission from Moey Eltom.

• Commercial use requires a commercial license and licensing fee.

• Moey Eltom reserves the right to use images of the artwork for promotional purposes.

• If the client wishes to resell the artwork, they must offer Moey Eltom the right of first refusal.

• Moey Eltom will not sell or distribute the artwork to any other individual or entity without the express permission of the client.

• An agreement to abide by the terms and conditions of this licensing policy is required.

 

 

Shipping Policy

• Processing time of 3-4 business days before shipping.

• Shipping time depends on location, estimated within 10-14 business days.

• No shipping on weekends or holidays.

• Free local delivery within Melbourne, Australia.

• A flat delivery fee of $19.95 for orders outside Melbourne, Australia.
